Meet Our Staff!

Pastor Dustin has served as Senior Pastor of Hebron Baptist Church since May 2026. He is deeply committed to the calling he answered at eighteen, to serve Christ and shepherd His people with both theological conviction and genuine pastoral care. Dustin believes the heart of ministry is loving people well. He brings creativity and thoughtfulness to everything he does, whether crafting a sermon, walking alongside someone in crisis, or simply enjoying good conversation. You’ll often find him with a book in hand, catching a good film, or exploring creative expression, habits that fuel both his faith and his preaching. He has been married to Stefanie for almost twenty years. Together they’re raising three children and are excited about this next chapter at Hebron. Dustin views ministry as a family calling and treasures the opportunity to build lasting relationships with this congregation and grow roots in our community.
